Nantia Othonos MD

Working Schedule

Dr Nantia Othonos qualified with a MBChB from the University of Manchester (2008) and an intercalated degree (BSc) in Human Genetics (University of London, 2005). She was awarded the Certificate of Completion of training in Diabetes and Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine in 2021 and was subsequently appointed as a Consultant in Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine in Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge.

Dr Othonos is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and has also obtained the Doctor of Medicine degree (MD Res, University of Leeds, 2021) after completing a 2 year research tenure at the University of Oxford, UK. Her research led to scientific publications in high impact medical journals including Nature Communications and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.

She relocated back to her native Cyprus in 2023 and is working as a specialist in Endocrinology and Diabetes at the Care Medical Institute.
